Recent Purchases T,MSFT,JNJ

With the news of ATT merger approval ,we saw ATT dropped down significantly and this created some buying opportunity and I decided to add few more shares of T into my account . I added 15 shares of T into my account .You might noticed i keep adding T into my account.

15 shares at 32.41 for total of 486.15. This will add another 30 dollars to my annual dividend Fund.

TGT Dividend Increase

TGT Announced dividend hike of 3.2% from $0.62 to $0.64  .This increase will add another $1.16 to my annual fund.Nice to see increases.It looks like this is the 47th year of dividend increases for Target.

 

Recent Buys T,PG

If you have noticed recently ,most of my funds are being diverted to 401K.I am still adding shares from Drip and some addition of funds.

In last few days i bought  following shares .

3 Shares of T at average of $33.3  .This will add $6 to my annual Fund.

1 Share of PG at average of $73.94 and this already my average price and will add another $2.84

Overall without new funds,i was able to use my dividends and add another $8.84 For the annual Fund.

May Dividend Report

Once again the favorite time of the month when we start to report the previous months dividend reports. 13 Companies have paid me dividends in the month of May.

With the completion of this month i have $1992 in dividends so far this includes both retirements and regular accounts. For the first time my projections for Annual Dividend income crossed 8K. Lets see where  we end the year.



Compared to May 17 this year i am up by 21%  .



My top 3 Dividend Payers for this month are AAPL,T,CAT with 56% contribution to my monthly dividend income.

May 401K Purchases

I am still contributing to 401k ,even though i am not providing updates  regularly.Most of the times its  still the same Funds  that i keep buying . Maybe  in third quarter i will look to see if i need to change  the distribution of the Funds. For the Month of May here is the distribution of my Funds.

In my regular accounts i am mostly dripping from Dividends and  adding small amounts of Funds.

With the Purchase of House i am trying to conserve the funds .

Shipt Grocery Delivery Review

One of the things for me is to try new things/Gadgets/services and when there is an enticing offer available then i will almost try it.

Since i have Amex card ,there was amex offer of spend $100 or more on Shipt and
get $50 back,its almost 50% off groceries. I had this on 2 other cards .
Now coming to the Shipt they are Grocery delivery service and currently they are deliver from few stores only one of them is Target and the other is Kroger at least in my Zip Code.

As with any delivery service they have membership fees of $99 for Year or they Have monthly membership. When i signed up there was 2 week free trial and it was good.
Now coming to prices we observed on some of them like Milk,it was almost same price as store price and few others like diapers,eggs etc were price little above. You cant use any coupons or anything on the order.But Other Thing is there are some offers like spend $30 on certain items and get $10 credit for next purchase.


Ordering is simple you need to have a total of $35 for free delivery even with Membership. You get to pick the hours and from the 3 or so orders i did i had groceries delivered almost in 2 hours.

This will work better for people who want to have groceries delivered almost immediately.As for me i like to shop and use coupons to save dollars,so i may not use it Much.

Recent Buy -PEP

For long time i was thinking of buying PEP and now its in price range to buy.

I bought 11 shares of PEP on 5/7.

11 shares at 99.24 =$1091.

This was brought in my IRA account.

This add $40 to the Annual Fund.
