2020 Feb Dividend Report

Month 2 is in books and quickly time is almost approaching quarter end. This month i have been paid by 16 companies .
Total Dividends received for this month is  $445.76. Compared to last February this is like 30% more . Its almost like $15 received everyday of the month. 
Looking at the numbers from last year we can see the impact of dividend increases on AAPL,CAT  and New additions made in last year .

ATT is approaching $100 dividends in Quarter that is  really Good.
AAPL,CAT,ABBV are also contributing significantly. 

Some of the new stocks  in this report compared to last Year are Abbv,MA,GD.



2020 Dividend Goals:
This Year the goal is to achieve 11k in Dividends .So far i  have received 7.4% of the Goal.
So how did everyone do this Month.

2020 BUYS 4 ---MMM,AVGO

I have been little busy buying stocks almost weekly.
Buy 2 shares of MMM was executed at an average price of $159.67 on February 13th, 2020 at 10:04 AM.
Buy 1 share of AVGO was executed at an average price of $309.00 on February 18th, 2020 at 10:03 AM.
Buy 2 shares of AVGO was executed at an average price of $306.78 on February 20th, 2020 at 11:34 AM
2/19 8 Shares of DFS at $75.10  .

Non Dividend stock purchases.

2/10 4 shares of AMRN for $71.42
2/10 1 share of LYFT at 52.65
New dividend purchases will add another $64 to  my annual fund.

Fundrise investment #2

Another month into the calendar year and i added another $500 to my account and this will bring total invested in fundrise to 3.6K. Plan is add some more dollars and bring it to 5k or 10k   this year.

I have been buying some stocks and will update in next post .

2020 January Dividend Report

It's like a dream,that how fast this month went away.This month 20 Companies paid me dividends ,that not including Fundrise.
Total Dividends received this Month are $370.5 ,this is less than last year  due to BBL .
Last year BBL had a special dividend of $2/share .

This  Month my biggest contributor is STWD with $74  almost 20% of the dividends received.

2020 Dividend Goals:
Last Year i achieved close 9100 in dividends.This year i would like to achieve 11k .
With that in mind  i am so 3.3% of the Goal Achieved.
so how did everyone do this month.

2020 Dividend Hikes -CVX,ADM,O

Following Companies in my portfolio announced dividend hikes .
CVX increased their dividend by more than 8% ,it went up from 1.19 to 1.29. This will add $10 to my account.
ADM increased their dividend by 2.8% and this will add another $.76 to my account.
O increased their dividend  ad this added another $1.5 to my account.
All these increases add up $12.42 to my account.

Recent Sell -NOV

Recently sold one of my stock. It was National Oil Varco. I had 26 shares in it at the cost $48/share . I received $609 in proceeds for a loss of $656 and 51% loss not including dividends.I received another $64 in dividends and bringing the loss to $592.Should i have sold long time the moment they announced dividend Cut. With this i have only RDS and CVX in oil industry.

I already deployed these funds .

 

Recent Investment --FUNDRISE

This month i put in new capital to work in Fundrise. I added another $500 to my existing capital.This is the third time adding capital ,first time since 2016 .My dividends are also being reinvested .Thinking of doing $500 quarterly investment in fundrise or semi annually .

For Q4 i received 35.54 Dividends which are reinvested as follows.Compared to 2018 Q4 this is $3 less in dividends.

Since i started investment in fundrise in 2016 ,so far received $490 in dividends and $311 in appreciation.

Any one else investing in fundrise or crowd street or similar platforms.
