2023 March Dividend Report

 Month 3 is in books and this is Quarter End ,so this month will be a bigger one for me .

 This Month i received $2,664 in dividends and compared to 2022 This is like 30% increase in dividends.  This is due to rebalance in my ETF and MFs.

From the table below you can there was a huge decrease in BBL ,but still overall dividend income increased due to VMCPX/VSCPX/VMCIX and also from AVGO/HD,I have been building those position since last year.

2023 Dividend Goal: This year my Goal is to receive 17K in dividends and so far i received 3,800 in dividends that like 22% of my Goal.

Things are Good for this Month with  close to 2700 in dividends.

One more Month is in Books and time is flying Quickly. This month i received $678 in  dividends which is  good as this is after huge dividend Cuts from This Cut was countered by increased position in VZ and small dividend hikes across the Board.

2023 Dividend Goal: This year the Goal is to receive $17K in dividends and with his months dividends included I reached 6% of the goal.

Unfortunately I had a dividend cut and this impacted in big way. VFC cut its dividend from $0.51 to  $0.30 and this decreased  my dividends by $48 and overall dividend increased by only $36.

2023 January Dividends

 New year started and 1 more month in books. This Month i received $465  in dividends .Except for my     Fundrise dividends all others increased. Biggest increase came from MO and STWD and i think this   due  to re investing dividends    and adding few stocks in last few days.  This is 10% increase compared      to Jan 2022.

2023 GOAL: This is year  the Goal for dividends is 17K ,This is  a stretch goal and I would really  like to achieve this and this will be like 17% increase compared to my 2022 Dividend Goal.
