October 2024 Dividends Report

 October has become an exciting month for dividend investors, as it reflects significant growth and shifts in various dividend-paying stocks. I received $911 in dividends for the month of October.

1. Standout Growth Stocks

• FXAIX: A powerhouse in this list, FXAIX has achieved an impressive increase in dividend payouts, climbing from 82.27 in 2020 to 149.68 by 2024. This 32.25-point gain highlights the fund's resilience and reliability as a dividend option for those focused on steady returns. The growth reflects both robust stock market performance and FXAIX's diversified approach. I have been adding FXAIX in my Roth IRA

• DOX: A new entrant to the list in 2024, DOX reported a massive 91.71 dividend, This was due to accumulating  good amount of shares.

• Dollar General (DG): DG has grown substantially, starting at 3.6 in 2020 and reaching 27.09 in 2024. The 11.67-point gain is due me adding DG through DCA.

July 2024 Dividend Analysis

 Introduction: July 2024 marked a significant milestone in our dividend portfolio, with total dividends received amounting to $749.59. This represents a substantial year-over-year growth of +27.53%, driven by strong performances from key holdings and the introduction of new contributors.

Key Growth Drivers: One of the standout performers was FXAIX (Fidelity 500 Index Fund), which delivered an impressive $138.38, reflecting robust market conditions. Similarly, MO (Altria Group) continued its strong performance, contributing $84.18. The addition of DOX (Amdocs) was a game-changer, adding $91.25 in its first-ever dividend payout.

Steady Performers: Companies like Coca-Cola (KO) and Realty Income (O) maintained their consistent growth patterns, contributing to the overall increase in dividends. Both companies are known for their reliable dividend policies, which continue to benefit the portfolio.

Challenges and Declines: However, not all was rosy. Ladder Capital (LADR), which had been a consistent contributor in previous years, saw its dividends drop to zero, signaling possible financial challenges. Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) also showed minimal growth, indicating a more cautious approach in the current economic climate.

 One more Month in books and i received $635 in dividends for this month. Comparing to last 2 April dividends  its growing around $ 90 to $100  .This is a good Growth .This years April dividends Grew by16% compared to last April.

I had a new dividend Paying stock in WDS. Some of the increases are organic dividend reinvesting and dividend Hikes .
