It seems there is a new improved chase freedom card in market and its really attractive,i will be applying for it soon, Spend 500 and get 150 back and you will get an additional $25 if you add additional user.Also 1.5% cash on all items.

Chase AARP Card
I had a big expense coming up next month and i thought leveraging it by applying for credit card with decent cashback .After looking at some cards i finally settled on chase aarp card which offers $200 cashback with $500 spend in 3 months. Initially i got decision pending and day later i see the card added in my account.To put in some dividend terms i almost need 400 shares of STWD with a capital of $7800.
