October Dividend Report

Wow Month 10 is in books  and this month the indexes  fluctuated a lot.

I received dividend form 13 Companies  with STWD  my biggest Payout at $68.74.

Total  dividends received for this month are at $205.51.

This month fund rise almost paid payment for Q3 and i received another $37.87 from them bringing the whole total to 243.38

September Dividend Report

Finally Month 9 is in books and it seems time is flying off .Now we are coming into last 3 months of the Year.This time of year i love it. This  Month i received a total of $1120 across all my accounts  and second time this year that i has crossed 4 digits.I could have been little higher but i readjusted my retirement account.



My top3  Dividend payers  from stocks for this month are BBL,JNJ, RDSB.

Compared to previous year it went by 20% .

So how did you guys do this month.

August Dividend Report

Month 8 is in books already and we can feel the change in weather.

This month 14 Companies paid me . With  T and AAPL as the biggest Contributors to my  this month Dividend Income.

I received a Total of $277.7

Compared to last year August my Dividend income went up by $75 and 35% increase.

JULY DIVIDENDS

Month number 7 is on books and  it's our favorite time of the month ,when we share the previous months dividends. This Month i was paid by 16 Companies.

This month i received a total of $372.86 in my accounts.

Compared to my previous year this is an increase of 57%.



Overall  Dividends for last  5 years  . Need to work on improving August and October Months the income in those months is low.



 

Compared to last month  my Networth went by 3%.

June Dividend Report

Month 6 is in books and Half year is gone. This month  has been a record for me .For the first Time  since i started Tracking  my dividend income , i never got 2K in a month.

Thing to remember is now i started combining all the dividends received.

Over 25 Companies  have paid dividend  to me this month. The total Received this month is $2035.

Since last month i started DRIPPING all dividends into their stocks in all accounts.



 

So overall it has been a good Month  and i see the fruits of the last few years .Dividends are slowly rolling in without lot of new Funds.

Compared to 2017  you can see dividends increased by 40%. I think mostly the increase came from new funds and some of it from increases in existing stocks.



 

My biggest Dividend payer for this month is Rergx with $894.

May Dividend Report

Once again the favorite time of the month when we start to report the previous months dividend reports. 13 Companies have paid me dividends in the month of May.

With the completion of this month i have $1992 in dividends so far this includes both retirements and regular accounts. For the first time my projections for Annual Dividend income crossed 8K. Lets see where  we end the year.



Compared to May 17 this year i am up by 21%  .



My top 3 Dividend Payers for this month are AAPL,T,CAT with 56% contribution to my monthly dividend income.

April Dividend Income

Month 4 is in Books and almost 1/3 of the year is Gone.
This Month 14 Companies Paid me Dividends.
I have received a total of $264.42 of Dividend Income.This includes $33 received from Fundrise.

Compared to Last April my dividend income went up 36%.

March Dividend Income

Its almost 5 days after the month end. Time to report the dividends received in march .I received dividends from 35 companies.Since this year i started reporting combined dividends from retirement accounts also.

There was some buys happened in this month Also.

February Dividend Report

Month 2 is in books and this was a busy month for me.I finally closed my first house and became a home owner and got Mortgage. 13 Companies paid me dividend this month to me. Total Dividends received this month are $249.27.
Compared to 2017 Feb it increased by 21%.
some of the increase in dividends is from companies raising dividends.

2018 January Dividend Report

Month 1 of new year is gone and stock market is still trending up.
This month 11 companies paid me divided.This year onward i decided to include my retirement accounts also in the report.


So i received $225.33 dollars this month.In addition i also received $43.19 from Fundrise for a total $268.52.

Total Dividends received for this month are $144.4 not including the fundrise dividend payout of 41 dollars.If its included the total jumps to $185.

Compared to 2016 it increased by close to 9%.

August Dividend Report

One more month is in book and we almost coming to end of the year.College football season just started and my College (SMU) will start their season today.

For this Month 11 companies paid me for a total of $202 ,this a new high for the Month of August .Compared to 2016 this a 15% increase in the August Dividend income.
Big contributor for this month income is AAPL.

July Dividend Income

Month 7 is in books and Time to report the July Dividend Income.

This month i received a total of $214,an increase of 57% compared to my last July.

Below is the progress for last 3 years.



$ 214 may cover 10% of my living expenses and currently if someone earning minimum wage they need to work 29 hours to earn it .

This month i initiated  new position in Kroger .\

So how did you guys do this month.

June Dividend Income

Another month in books and it marks the end of second quarter.This Pie chart refers to monthly Dividend Income. June is my second Highest month so far after March,I had one additional company pay me in march which is semi yearly.

The total Dividend Income received for the month  of June is $446.In the state of  Texas ,its almost 61 hours of pay.Instead of  me or my spouse working ,my money is working for us.This $446 will definitely cover the grocery Bill for the us and maybe some other small utility. This is the second month in 2017 where i crossed $400 in dividend payments.

Compared to last June it went from 326 to 446,some of it is due to dividend increases and other is due to new capital invested in the market.



So how did you guys do this month,the numbers should be nice,as the months of March,June,September and December are some of the biggest payment months.

 

 

May Dividend Report.

One more month flew away,May is in books.

This month I was there quite a bit activity in my accounts,involved some selling of positions and consolidating accounts. Initiated new position in GWW. Total Dividends for this Month are $195.61.Compared to 2016 May this is 17% more than last year.10 Companies Paid dividend this month.

APRIL DIVIDEND INCOME

Month 4 is in books already for the year 2017.It was pretty Busy, Hectic Month.Taxes needed to filed ,this is the first time i think i filed taxes in April and almost on the last day of the deadline.Hopefully Next year i will file it early.I am happy i  am getting good refund,for this year need to adjust to maximize the deductions.

Due to loyal3 closing down i sold Some of my positions like KSS,YUMC,YUM,AXP and Moving remaining positions into my scottrade account.

This month 11 Companies and Fundrise paid me dividend a total of $194.64
