2020 July Dividend Income

Time is flying ,world is different ,Hope we get the treatment/vaccine soon. July is in books.

Overall 20 Companies paid me dividends this month ,From companies that paid me dividends in April

CXW completely Cut dividends and VTR and Fundrise reduced by  $25 each .

Overall dividends received in July are 416.32 which is a new record for the month of July Since i started tracking my dividends.

Compared to my 2019 July this is 13% increase with all these cuts.

JPM/CINF Are new additions to the portfolio.

2020 Dividends.

Before the Pandemic i hoped to receive 11k  in dividends with increases,new addition of funds .

So Far i am at 42% of the Goal with 5 more Months to Go and i am starting to think it will be stretch Goal .

2019 December Dividend Report

2019 Also completed and this is 3 years since i started reporting my dividends.This month is a new record for me for the month of December. I received total dividends of $2688. This is the first time i crossed 2k in Dividends for a month . 89% of the dividends were from retirements accounts.

Total dividends received this year is 9.1k.

With all the dividends received since i started tracking dividends is 35k.



Biggest contributor for this month is RERGX with almost like 1340 and 50% of my dividends.

Thanks to dividend hikes and new money invested  and dividend is snowballing slowly.

November Dividend Report

November is in books and i got paid by 14 companies this month.Total Dividends received are $449.47 that's like $15 a day .Hopefully Next year november will cross $500.Total Dividends received this year are 6413.

Compared to last year dividends went by 59%. This increase happened by new shares in T,ABBV,BHYIX and some dividend increases.

2019 October Dividend Report

Here are the dividends received for the month of October 2019.16 Companies Paid me dividends this Months.I Crossed $300 for  October month for the first time. Total Dividends received are $329.61,its almost like receiving $10 everyday.



Compared to last year its increased like 60% .



 

Almost reached $6k Dividends  just $36 short.Current Projections show i will receive another $1600 in next 2 month,assuming no new additions in the my stocks with the total coming to 7.5k ,But will see some Dividends from New 401K  contributions.

2019 September Dividend Report

September 2019 is in books and almost you can see the year end .Summer  has been brutal here in texas ,last 3 months were extremely hot .  This september i hit an high for dividends for the month of the september and i hit 4 digits for september. This month i got paid $1178 from 41 companies. Almost receiving $40 a day which is nice ,it's like working  another 4 hrs at $10.

Finally crossed 5000 in dividends for this year and since i started tracking dividends in 2014  i have crossed 32K in  total dividends,got to see if i can cross 35k for the year 2019 and maybe 50k in total dividends received for all years since 2014. These are some high goals.



Big contributor for this month dividends  are from the retirement accounts.



Biggest payee in taxable accounts is BBL,i received more than $100.

Compared to last few years this year the growth has slowed down,as i have been not investing like before.



 

Compared to 2018 dividends increased by 4.9%. Other than Dividend reinvestments  no significant investments happened in this month . Waiting for the new 401K to start with the new company so i can start investing in it.

2019 August Dividend Report

Here are the dividends received for the month of August in my account.15 Companies paid dividends during this month and almost $14 a day.Total dividends received this month are $429.86.



T is the biggest contributor for me this month with AAPL close second .Compared with last August this was 54% increase ,i have been adding T for last few quarters and trying to get it  200 Shares.

Due to market fluctuations  and some credit card spending to meet spending thresholds for bonus this month ,my Networth reduced by 2.25%  .

July 2019 Dividend Report

Summer is brutal here in texas most of the days averaging above 90F ,Month 7  in books,It seems the clock is running too fast . My oldest son just turned 8 this month . I have received dividend income from 19 different companies . Total Dividends received is $363.90 .Compared to last year this was an increase of 6%.  



Some of the 401k investing is showing up in the form of BHYIX.

My july month dividend income has shown growth over the last 5 years .



Most of the new funds are going into 401k  and trying to make extra mortgage payments. Some of the extra mortgage payments are done using plastiq.These earn me extra credit card rewards .

Dividend Hikes:

Two of the companies in my portfolio announced dividend increases.

HSY & UNP  these  increases add another $23 to my annual fund.This is almost like purchasing 11 new shares of T.

2019 Mid Year Check

Q2  2019 is in Books ,Here are some overall portfolio details.

Overall for Q2 my net worth increased by 6% .

• New Funds invested : 2100 in Taxable accounts and 9700 in retirement accounts.Trying to max out 401K/Roth IRA.

• 1 New position initiated in my accounts  ABBV,Added 22 shares on April 20th. and Second batch of shares added on June 28th .

• Dividends received: Total Dividends received   Q1 :  $1744 ,Q2 : $1920 ,if  the next two quarters end the same with no new additional Funds ,2019 Dividend income will end at $7330.

How Did everyone do in Q2.

 

June 2019 Dividend Report

Half of the year is completed and  Here are the dividends received for this month. For 2019 i crossed  1000 Dollars in dividend income 2nd time. 41 Companies Paid me dividend this month.



Compared with 2018 this almost  800 dollars less . This happened due to reshuffling of my Funds in my retirement accounts and smaller dividend payment from RERGX due to no capital gain distribution like last year. Last year my retirement funds provided $1529 vs $576 this year . Some of the funds in my account  doesn't pay dividends.



Overall its  not bad ,i like the progress happening in my Funds . Net worth Went up by 4%  compared to June 1st.

 

May Dividend Report

Following  are the dividends received for the month of May 2019. Total of 13 companies paid me this month  for a total of $374.23. With T being the biggest contributor . AAPL a close second  for this month.



Compared to last year its up 55% . it has been trending for the last 5 years slowly. Hopefully it will cross 400 Mark next May.



so how did everyone do this month. Expecting Monster numbers for all Community members next month  as its quarter end.

April Income Report

April went away very quickly and Month 4 is in books. This month i was paid by  19 companies   with almost receiving $10 a day.

Total dividends received this month for me is $339.11.This is almost 46% higher than what i received last year.

March Dividend Report

Time is flying on 2019 and month 3 is in books. Its a new record for me for the month of March .My first 4 digit payment for March ever .Since the start of this year i am including all my accounts for Dividends.

I received a total of $1017  ,Majority of it coming from retirement accounts. Compared to last year one of retirement account to rebalanced and this cut me around $200 in dividends for this month,but still its  Good Month.

Total Dividend received this year is 1745.

I have been adding smaller amounts of shares in T,LADR, CVS,BA.

I am thinking of improving on some of these low number dividends ,but i feel they are super expensive   . For example Visa i paid 90 or so and now its close to double.I may add MMM  when it comes down a little.

Compared to last Year

• Raw Dividend income went up from $954 to $1017 an  increase of  USD $63 ,6% increase.


•  Q1 2019 Dividend  is up by 20%  compared to Q1 2018.

 

My net worth increased by 2.4% compared to last Month.

2019 February Dividend Report

Time is flying off in new year and this month i received dividend payments from 12 companies and the total i received for this month is $298.97  just little  over a 1 short on the 300 Number.

AAPL/T are  the biggest contributors for this month .They contributed almost 50% of my dividends this month . It's almost like receiving $10 a day  from the companies.

if you have noticed for last few months i have been added few of shares of T  and now its bearing the fruit.

CVS added 3  shares yesterday @ 58.5 and dividends would show up in the May report.

Compared to 2018 its an increase of 20% .

Overall dividends received this  year so far are $728.28

2019 January Dividend Report

Here are the dividends received for the month of January for all my accounts.

Again this month is  big record for me ,mainly due to BBL payment .I also received my payment from fundrise. So the final number for this Month is $429.

Total of 16 companies paid for me this month.



Fundrise paid $38.35

 

Compared to my January 2018 its close to 90% increase.

December 2018 Dividends

Wow ,2018 is in Books. These are the dividends i received in all my accounts. December is my biggest month for dividends. I received over $1900 in dividends for this month. This is a new record for me ,June 2018 was my earlier record.

• Q4 2018 i received $2464.89 in dividends compared to Q4 2017 when i received $2225 ,an 10% increase.


• I received over 8000 for 2018  and $25K in dividends since i started on this journey.

 

Quite a few companies paid me ,with biggest coming from RERGX  over 770 dollars.

November Dividend Report

This is the second last of the year.This month 12 companies paid me  and AAPL/T being the biggest Payers.

This month i received $283.3  from my companies.
