2020 July Dividend Income

Time is flying ,world is different ,Hope we get the treatment/vaccine soon. July is in books.

Overall 20 Companies paid me dividends this month ,From companies that paid me dividends in April

CXW completely Cut dividends and VTR and Fundrise reduced by  $25 each .

Overall dividends received in July are 416.32 which is a new record for the month of July Since i started tracking my dividends.

Compared to my 2019 July this is 13% increase with all these cuts.

JPM/CINF Are new additions to the portfolio.

2020 Dividends.

Before the Pandemic i hoped to receive 11k  in dividends with increases,new addition of funds .

So Far i am at 42% of the Goal with 5 more Months to Go and i am starting to think it will be stretch Goal .

Dividend Hikes and Cuts, Buy MO

Here are the latest dividend Hikes and Cuts in my account.

TGT announced dividend increase from 0.64 to 0.66. This will increase my dividends by $4.72

AGNC Reduced its dividend from 0.18 to 0.16 this reduced my dividends by  $4.08

NLY reduced its dividend from 0.3 to 0.25c  this reduced my dividends by 10.6

These 2 cuts are small positions in my account and i am going to let them ride for now.

3 shares of MO. This will add another $12.8

Due to all cuts  ,My overall dividends increased by only 2.84

 

Recent Buys 5 - CVS,NLY,T,LADR

Some of the Buys in Last 10 Days made in my different accounts.

I added 28 Shares of NLY in my Rollover IRA account. All funds are from March Dividends. I made on the ex dividend date of 3/28.This will add another $33.6 to my annual Fund.

CVS shares will  add another $40 in my account .T and LADR will add $12 to my account.

So all these purchases will add $85 to my account.

JUNE BUY IV ---NLY

This month is seeing a lot of action in my account . For this Buy no New Funds were added.All the dividends collected in last few months in this account are used to Buy  the stock.

23 Shares of NLY at the rate of 10.65 and 4.95 in commision. This will add another $27.6 to my account.
