Recently i started doing some trades in dollar values instead of number of shares.

7/28 Bought $100 worth of MMM share @155.69(.642 shares)

7/31 Bought $100 worth of MMM share@149.28(.669 Shares)

7/31 Bought 1 share of  MMM  @150.28.

8/13 Bought 5 shares of MO@ 42.75

I also added some speculative plays like RIOT,ASPS this month.

BUYS --WFC,GILD,BNS

Since zero fees to buy in all of my accounts ,as soon i have enough to buy a stock i keep adding to them.

12/20 Added 1 share of WFC at 53.76

12/19 added 2 shares of BNS at  56.20

12/19 added 3 shares of WFC at 53.74

12/19 added 4  shares of GILD at 65.40

12/17 added 1 share of GILD at 66.30

final tally is 4 shares of WFC, 2 shares of BNS and 5 shares of GILD were added in last week. These will add another $26 to dividend fund.

I have been small purchases  for the last few days in different accounts.

12/3 5 Shares of CSCO at $44.06

12/3 1 Share of HD at 213.85,this is a new position position,that i will start adding more whenever i have more dollars. This i was able to before the Ex-dividend date,so i will collect the dividend this month.

12/3 1 share of WRK at 39.27

12/4 1 share of MA at 288.1 This is a new position for me.

12/5 1 share of MMM AT 164.73. This i have been averaging Down.

Retirement Accounts

12/3 1 share of GILD at 65.33

12/5 2 shares of WFC at $53.32.

 

All theses new purchases add another $28.46 in annual Dividends.I am keeping an eye  on any of these companies to make purchases before the end of the year. New year if the prices of BA still being lower that will be one of  my Purchases in my Roth IRA.

 

 

 

Recent Buys --CSCO,AMRN,WRK

Recently i added the following stocks in my robinhood account.

I added 10 shares of CSCO  after more than 3 years at an average price of $45.24. This will add another $14 to my account.

Another company i added recently is WRK. This is a new position for me ,added 11 shares at $39.38 and will add another $20.46 to the FI fund.

Last company i added is AMRN ,this is small speculative position . Added 10 shares .

 

New Dividend Payer:

BTG announced their first dividend payment of 0.01/Share. I have around 175 shares in this company,so its nice to get the dividend.

Recent transactions include

11/1 2 shares of MO at $44.95

11/7 2 shares of GILD at $63.67

Dividend increases.

SBUX increased its quarterly dividend by $0.05 cents and this added an additional $10 my account.

ABBV increased its quarterly dividend by $11 cents and this increase added $22.88 to my account.

All these hikes and purchases added another $44 to my annual Fund.

 

 

Recent Purchases ---MO,MMM

October  provided some chances to buy  stocks.

On 10/1/19  1 share of MMM was purchased at 158.26

10/3/19  2 shares of MMM were purchased at $151.46.

10/3 /19  8 shares of MO @ 40.40  were purchased.

 

These purchases will bring my total MMM shares to 17 . Both these purchases will add another $43 to my account.

 

Recent Transactions

In the last  few weeks market presented quite a few chances to average down on some of the companies  in my account.

So i Bought 3 T @ 33.55  on 8/5.

8/5 Added 1 share of MMM at 167.27

8/23 Added 1 share of MMM at 156.47

These will add another $17 to my account.

Due to multiple credit card spending requirements for meeting Bonus ,i have to slow it down  on the buying till i accumulate cash in my account.These Credit card bonus have paid for my Recent Vacation in orlando . Flights were on american airlines deals,hotels were hyatt card and  Universal and legoland were Sweepstakes Wins.

In other news my current company is acquired by a much bigger Company . With this they stopped deductions from paycheck for 401k. My older company didn't have any matching programs.Newer Company has 3% matching. So hopefully will try to max out matching by the end of the year.

This week i made the following additions and subtractions to my account.

Buys:

7/15 1 Share of MO purchased $48.95

7/16 1 Share of WFC purchased at 45.70.

7/19 15 Shares of ABBV at $68.8 . This will bring total shares to 52 in my account . With this purchase i maxed out Roth IRA. This stock is the pick of DGI community now 1.

All these purchases will add another $69 in dividends to my account.

I will pause Buying for few weeks ,to get things in order.

 

Recent Buy --KR,MO,MMM

In the last few Days i added the following Positions in my account. All of them are existing ones ,KR is one of my smallest position .

14 Shares of KR added at $22.29 including commision of $4.95 .This will bring total shares to 24 shares and Will add another $8.96 to my account.

1 Share of MMM at $169.9 ,will bring total shares to 10 . This will add another $5.76 to my account.

2 Shares of MO at $48.9 will bring total shares in all accounts to 31.   This will add another $ 6.40

I will be watching ABBV for final purchase in my roth IRA account.  All these purchase will add another $20 to the account. These small purchases are slowly making impact on the account.

 

Q2 Final Buy--ABBV

On the last day of the quarter i added ABBV,i was watching it for last few weeks was going to add at 75 and decided to wait and with the purchase of Allergan the share price collapsed .I was itching to buy on that day and decided to see if it would go any more lower ,But it trended up and decided to add 15 shares at 71.45  with a commission of 4.95

This would bring  my total ABBV Shares to 37 and reduced my average price to 77. This would add another $60 to my account.

 

 

Dividend Hikes and Cuts, Buy MO

Here are the latest dividend Hikes and Cuts in my account.

TGT announced dividend increase from 0.64 to 0.66. This will increase my dividends by $4.72

AGNC Reduced its dividend from 0.18 to 0.16 this reduced my dividends by  $4.08

NLY reduced its dividend from 0.3 to 0.25c  this reduced my dividends by 10.6

These 2 cuts are small positions in my account and i am going to let them ride for now.

Due to all cuts  ,My overall dividends increased by only 2.84

 

5/31 Purchase---WFC,GILD

On the last day of the month i added  3 shares of WFC and  16 Shares of GILD  to average down a price from $79  to $70. GILD was added in my roth IRA.It has been long time since i added WFC.

These 2 Purchases will add another $45.72 in my account.

Side note: I won a sweepstakes entry for 2 tickets to  universal studios Hollywood.Recently started playing coke cola sweepstakes .

Fundrise dividend & Dip Buys ---MMM& T

Last week i added 3 shares of MMM after it dipped .

•  1 share of MMM was executed at an average price of $201.35.


• 2 shares of MMM at 196.15.


•  3 Shares of T at 30.32

This will add $23 to my account.

This month i received dividends from Fundrise  for Q1.

Q1 2019 Dividends: $37.31

Almost end of Month 4 in 2019.

So how is everyone doing.

 

 

New Addition ---ABBV

I recently added ABBV to my account .This is a new position in my IRA account.I had it in my watch list for quite some time  and i had it a limit order at 80.50 till cancelled at the end of april  and it was executed this week. Had i waited 24 hrs more it would be more sweeter price.

22 Shares at 80.50 + 4.95 transaction fees  bringing the total to 1775.95 . This will add another $94 to my account .The yield at my buy  price is little higher at  5.3. Still have 3000 left for year to contribute.

Recently with WFC sliding ,it getting closer to my last bought price  and i just added 1 share in my  other account. Adding another $2 to my account.

I added 28 Shares of NLY in my Rollover IRA account. All funds are from March Dividends. I made on the ex dividend date of 3/28.This will add another $33.6 to my annual Fund.

I am looking at adding CVS/GILD in next few days.

These Transactions will add another $34 to my account.

2019 BUYS -3 T,CVS

In the last few days i have bought shares of T and CVS in my robinhood account so no transaction fees.

Here are the transactions.

2/27 3 Shares of CVS at $58.97 for a total of 176.91.

3/4  8 Shares of T at 29.96 for a total of 239.68.

3/7 5 shares of T  at 29.90 for a total of 149.50.

3/7 5 shares of CVS at 53.41 for a total of 267.05.

3/8 2 shares of CVS at 52.25 for a total of 104.50.

So  in the last few days total of 940 are new funds are invested  in my account and now i am full position of T in robinhood at 100 stocks.

CVS my average price reduced from $65 to $61.46  .

 

This new transactions will add another $26 From T and $20 from CVS to my annual Fund.

Did any of the DGI investors added CVS in the last few days.

401K Buys-2019

Since the start of the year every weeks i have  been investing in the following funds  this year.I started slow compared to last year and i reduced the contribution amount.So far i have contributed  only 1400 to my 401k and not even started on the Roth Ira contribution.

This year i  picked a bond from our options BHYIX and started adding funds in RERGX.



All those funds will add around $50 in dividends.

In my regular trading account added 5 shares of LADR @ 17.95 this is more than i wanted to pay and i had few trades expiring in the account  ,so made the purchase. This is a new position which i like build out  using the dividends received in the account. This will add another $11 to the annual fund.

Most of new funds will added either in my robinhood Account and Roth Ira account.

So over all  i will add another $61 to my annual Funds from these new purchases.

 

 

2019 BUYS Part 2-- MO,T

This is the second Buy of the Year for me.

6 Shares of MO at 48.42  . This will bring the Total Shares in my account  21 and this will add $19.2 dollars to the account.

9 Shares of T at 30 and this will add another $18 to my account and i am coming close to a full position in my Robinhood account.

So these two purchases add  $37 to my account .
