2019 Final 401K Buys

Here the recent purchases made in 401k account ,that should bring me  close to the Maxing out this year.

I  added 8.6  shares of VIMAX a 5 star rated on Morningstar  which adds another $24 In dividends to the Fund.

21 shares of VTMGX ,this will add another $7 to annual fund.

Also my spouse started part time work  like 10 hours a week ,they offer 401k ,but no match ,still i enrolled in it and this added another 4.5  Shares of VLCAX.

Added 1 more share of GILD in my robin hood account with dividends received from GILD today and others.

401K Buys

As mentioned before my company was bought by Another company,that had better      401k  Plan.It was almost 3 months they since they stopped deduction due to merger and integration . Finally it was ready for us to contribute ,one benefit is  3% Match  which i didn't have in my previous company.

So i wanted to my max out my 401k  contribution for 2019  and decided to aggressively contribute to the new plan and try to catch up the lost 3 months. With that in my mind  and contribution made to old plan i  will max out if i plan correctly.

For  the first i own shares in the company that is going to manage my 401k plan.

so here are my new purchases i made  in the new plan,some of the existing names i have in my account.



 

So i added 11 shares of VIMAX a 5 star rated on Morningstar  which adds another $32 In dividends to the Fund.

Another addition is 37 shares of VTMGX and this add another $12 dividends to my Fund.

 

Now i have to rollover my old 401k ,i am thinking of either moving it into Vanguard directly or Merrill Edge they have nice promotions if you rollover 401k.

Anyone had experiences with either of them please share in comments.

i am holding on making a big purchase of any kind of shares,just adding small amounts.

Even the DGI community seems to have slowed down.Didn't see Big buys.

 

 

March 401K Purchases

I have made following Purchases in with my last 1 paystub. I have increased my contribution percentage,so that i can max out Quickly.

VFIAX: 1.122 Shares at $249.89 will add close to 4.9 dollars in dividend

PABGX: .9129 share @102.69 will add close to 2.3 dollars in dividend.

VIMAX: 0.4887 Share @ 191.82 will add around 1.2 dollars in dividends.

VSIAX: 3.36 shares @ 55.76 will add another $ 3.4 in dividends.

VTMGX: 19.8 shares @14.18 will add another $7.6 in dividends.


A total of $937 invested in 401k and it will result in $20 dividends to Annual Fund.

Almost Final 401K Buys -VFIAX,PAGBX

These are purchases in my retirement account and taxable account.

VFIAX:  .98 Shares at $239.03 will add close to 4 dollars in dividend

PABGX: 0.81  share @96.28  will add close to 40 cents in dividend.

VIMAX: 0.42 Shares @ 186.42 will add around 1 dollars in dividends.

VSIAX:  2.82 shares @ 55.46  will add another $ 2.5 in dividends.

VTMGX: 16.6 shares @14.12 will add another $6 in  dividends.

A total of 750 dollars was invested this  period in 401K .

This almost final full investment and next  paycheck will be smaller buys,due to maxing out.

This will add a total of $14 to my annual Fund.

VFIAX: 1.0251 Shares at $228.60 will add close to 4 dollars in dividend

PABGX: 0.8749  share @89.29 will add close to 40 cents in dividend.

VIMAX: 0.437 Shares @ 178.79 will add around 1.2 dollars in dividends.

VSIAX:  2.95 shares @ 52.89  will add another $2.3 in dividends.

VTMGX: 17.08 shares @13.72 will add another $5 in  dividends.

A total of 780 dollars was invested this  period,it will be the same next period.

Getting close to the yearly limit .

Regular Account: Both these stocks are bought to average their price a bit down.

NVDA	Bought 1 Shares of NVDA at $141.235

 

BTG	Bought 10 Shares of BTG at $2.775

I have 2 buy periods in my 401K plan, this is the second buys for this month.

I initiated  positions in 2 new funds PABGX and VTMGX.With that mentioned,here are buys for this period.

• $230 worth of VFIAX.


• $78 worth of VIMAX,PABGX.


• $156 worth of VSIAX.


• $234 worth of VTMGX.

 

In addition to these i added 3 shares of BBL to average down my share price from high 40s.

A total of 890 dollars was invested during this time period.
