November Dividend Report

This is the second last of the year.This month 12 companies paid me  and AAPL/T being the biggest Payers.

This month i received $283.3  from my companies.

Here is the list of the companies that paid me.



Compared to last year this $82 more  and its 41% increase.



 

This month  i added

4  Shares of T at 30.90 on 11/7

2 Shares of MO at $57 on 11/16.

These 2 transactions will add $14.60 in Dividends to my annual Funds.

So how did you guys do this month.

 

October Dividend Report

Wow Month 10 is in books  and this month the indexes  fluctuated a lot.

I received dividend form 13 Companies  with STWD  my biggest Payout at $68.74.

Total  dividends received for this month are at $205.51.

This month fund rise almost paid payment for Q3 and i received another $37.87 from them bringing the whole total to 243.38

Compared to 2017 it went by 42% and here is the last 3 years  comparison.



so how did you guys do over October.

Dividend Hike V ,VFC and Buy MMM

Recent weeks with the market fluctuations i  missed my dividend Hikes received in the last few days.

First one is VFC  which increased its dividend from 0.46 to 0.51 an increase of 11%. I have 52 shares so this increase my dividend $10.4.

Second Increase  is V  which increase its dividend from 0.21 to 0.25  and i have a total of 25 shares and this will add another $4 to my account.

I added 1 more share of MMM to my account at $185.86 and this will add $5 .4 .

All these actions adding close to $20 to annual fund.

 

Funfact : This is my 100th post on the blog.

 

 

Buys ----ITM,T,MMM

During the last 3 days when market was down,i decided to average down few of my stocks.I  could have gotten better price,we cant time the market.

1 MMM at $204.84

1 ITW at 134.30

2 T  at 32.08

These all will add another $13.44 to my annual Fund.

September Dividend Report

Finally Month 9 is in books and it seems time is flying off .Now we are coming into last 3 months of the Year.This time of year i love it. This  Month i received a total of $1120 across all my accounts  and second time this year that i has crossed 4 digits.I could have been little higher but i readjusted my retirement account.



My top3  Dividend payers  from stocks for this month are BBL,JNJ, RDSB.

Compared to previous year it went by 20% .

So how did you guys do this month.

Final Buys of the Month : STWD,T,VTR

I added few more shares of the following companies in different accounts.

I added 24 shares of STWD at 21.60  for $518.52 adding $46 to my account.I did this before the ex day so would get dividend next month.

I added 3 shares of T at 33.39  for a total of $100.17 adding  $6  to my account.

Added 1 share of VTR at $54  and adding $3.16 to my account.

 

All these actions added $55 to my annual dividend Fund.

 

Speculative Buys & Sells -TLRY&NBEV

Out of my normal pattern this week i have bought and sold 2 different stocks for small gain. This was me testing the waters of day trading . This week everyone was watching TLRY. I have been watching TLRY since it was at $40, Using my robinhood account i just bought 2 shares of TLRY at $208.99 and sold them at $228.02 ,if i had little more patience on that day i would have gained few more bucks.

Other one i bought and sold is NBEV on 9/20 .I bought 73 shares of NBEV at $ 6.84 and sold them at @ 7.27 for a gain of 30 Bucks.

So in overall 2 days i did make it to positive territory .
