2021 October Dividend Report

 October is in books and final 2 months of 2021 is left  for us.

This month i received  $488 in dividends .I have fidelity fund that pays in October and its helping this month total.

2021 Dividend Goal: My goal of 11k in dividends for this year is at 81% with October dividends and  expecting same amount of dividends  as last year i will cross my 11k Dividends. 

2021 April Dividend Income report

 April Month is  done and  time is flying very quickly .This month 19 companies paid me dividends and compared to last year  2 new companies paid dividends and  they are CINF and JPM.

Total Dividends received this month are $446.87 Compared to 2020 its almost like no gain.

As seen from the tables below they are some cuts that happened in my account and not fully returned like FXAIX,NLY and CXW. CXW i sold the company  last year and dividend income is not completely replaced. VTR also i sold part of the position.

Dividend Reinvestment:

Since early this year some of the  dividends are  being Dripped. This  month following dividends are dripped.

2021 Dividends:  So far till April i have received 25.3%  of my goal (11K Dividends),same time last year i was at 22%,so this year its progressing at better rate.

2021 January Dividend Report

 2021 Already began and one month Gone. Slowly Life returning to normality and its  time for one more dividend report. After many  reports of  income increase reports ,this one will be a decrease compared to last January report. This month i received $355 .85 in dividends which is $15 less than Jan 2020 income. One new Name in Jan 2021 report compared to 2020 is CINF.

Dividends Cut: Dividend Cuts  from last year  are still  big impact on this month report ,as you can see  it reduced my dividends by $70. Hoping to see if DIS will resume their dividends some time this year.

Dividend/Options Income : This Year i would like to keep my Goal of 2020 of 11k and will see if i can  achieve the Goal. I Started doing  covered calls last year and it brought be me some income, I didn't include that one dividends. 

I will be adding some funds and buying some  stocks ,but i am hoping to get closer  to 11k goal  either with dividend increases or  401k buys that happen twice a month.

Dividend Increases

 So Early  this year many dividend cuts, I stopped following the increases in early june  as they were very few here and there in my portfolio. Now almost at the end of the year, I went back  till June to check how many increases i had how much impact it had on my account.

So i had 11 increases in my account adding up to $75 to my dividends. ABBV had the biggest impact.

Overall this year I  had $173 added in dividend increases  for my account. My portfolio yield is around 2.2%  This mean like new capital like 7k in capital.

So how did you Guys do with increases.

Buys ----ITM,T,MMM

During the last 3 days when market was down,i decided to average down few of my stocks.I  could have gotten better price,we cant time the market.

1 MMM at $204.84

1 ITW at 134.30

2 T  at 32.08

These all will add another $13.44 to my annual Fund.

Buy -ITW

I added 3 more shares of ITW in my account . This will Bring my total to 5 shares.

3 Shares at $135.76  for a total of 407.28. This will add $12 to my annual Fund.

This month has been slow.

Recent 401K Buys and ITW

Here are some of the Buys Happened in my Account this month . I tried to rebalance mt 401k a little bit better.

 



 

This morning I bought 2 shares of ITW at 136.61 in my robinhood account.This is a new Position for me,will be waiting to add more to it ,when new capital is available. This will add Another $8 to my account.
