Recent 401K Buys and ITW

Here are some of the Buys Happened in my Account this month . I tried to rebalance mt 401k a little bit better.

 



 

This morning I bought 2 shares of ITW at 136.61 in my robinhood account.This is a new Position for me,will be waiting to add more to it ,when new capital is available. This will add Another $8 to my account.

 

 

JULY DIVIDENDS

Month number 7 is on books and  it's our favorite time of the month ,when we share the previous months dividends. This Month i was paid by 16 Companies.

This month i received a total of $372.86 in my accounts.

Compared to my previous year this is an increase of 57%.



Overall  Dividends for last  5 years  . Need to work on improving August and October Months the income in those months is low.



 

Compared to last month  my Networth went by 3%.

So how did you guys do  in the month of July.

Recent Buys -T & MMM

With price reduction in T, i added 6 more shares of it to my account.

07/19/18 Bought  1 share of T  at an average price of $31.65 .

07/26/18 Bought  6 shares of T  at an average price of $30.53 . This will add another $12 to my annual Fund.

07/26/18 Bought  1 share of MMM at an average price of $207.47. This is a new position  and  i was waiting for long time to initiate a position in 3M.This will add $5.44 to my fund.

So these New purchases will add another $19.44 to my annual Fund.

I will keep an eye on MMM to add if it reduces in price further.

 

Dividend Raises -HSY,WFC

Two of the stocks in my dividend Portfolio announced increases.

HSY raised dividend by 10% from 0.656 to $0.722 . I have 30 shares and this will add another $8 to my annual fund .

WFC raised its dividend  by 10.3% also and from 0.39 to 0.43 . So this increase my annual fund by another $12 ,as i own 76 shares of WFC.

Good to see additional $20 in dividend increases .Its like adding 10 shares of T or investing 300 dollars.

 

 

 

Fundrise Dividend Payout & BUY STWD

This week i received my dividend payout from Fund rise. I received $34.62 into my account and  Compared to April Payout i received an increase of $1.4.



Also i dripped STWD dividend and  got 2 shares from that dividend. This will add another $3.92 to my annual fund.

 

JULY BUY I -PRU

With new Quarter started ,i tried to max my roth ira and with today's funds ,i maxed the contribution.I was trying to find stocks to  invest the funds, Lot of Names  were considered like ED,XCEL,FAST and finally decided to buy PRU. I saw the buy on one other DGI blogger .

After some reading  i initiated  position in this company.This is a new position for me .

I picked up 16 shares of PRU at 95.39 including the commision of 4.95 for a total of $1526.17. Currently yield is 3.77   . This will add another $57.6 to my annual Fund.

 

 

June Dividend Report

Month 6 is in books and Half year is gone. This month  has been a record for me .For the first Time  since i started Tracking  my dividend income , i never got 2K in a month.

Thing to remember is now i started combining all the dividends received.

Over 25 Companies  have paid dividend  to me this month. The total Received this month is $2035.

Since last month i started DRIPPING all dividends into their stocks in all accounts.



 

So overall it has been a good Month  and i see the fruits of the last few years .Dividends are slowly rolling in without lot of new Funds.

Compared to 2017  you can see dividends increased by 40%. I think mostly the increase came from new funds and some of it from increases in existing stocks.



 

My biggest Dividend payer for this month is Rergx with $894.

I hope our Dividend Community  have big numbers for this Month.
